Large scale change often falls short of its goals, and the usual causes are behavioural and cultural rather than technical. Every part of my work, from transformation delivery to coaching, focuses on what decides whether change sticks: who leads it, how work flows, what gets rewarded and what gets tolerated. And because every organisation is different, nothing is off the shelf. Each programme and engagement is shaped around the problem you are trying to solve.

We start with a free conversation about what you want to change. Then we agree your goals and what success looks like, and work in regular sessions with a small action between each one. Everything is shaped around your situation, not a standard template.
Participants in my leadership programmes receive 90 to 120 days of follow up support, with a live group check in every two weeks. This helps you apply what you learned to real work, discuss what is difficult and adjust as you go.
